Karthik Sundaram has been involved in various high-stake tax and commercial disputes at the tribunal and High Court levels for various Fortune 500 companies, large multinational companies, and Indian businesses. He also regularly advises a wide spectrum of companies on a variety of tax related issues.
Before starting his independent practice, he was the Chennai based partner of Economic Laws Practice (ELP) before which he worked in the chambers of senior counsel Mr. Arvind P. Datar. He has a significant number of articles on taxation to his credit and is a regular speaker at various conferences/seminars across India on the topic of taxation.
