Sai University Launches New 2-Credit Course by Lt Gen Arun Ananthanarayan, PVSM, YSM,SM,VSM (Retd). Sai University is pleased to announce the launch of an innovative 2-credit course titled “Leadership and Teams – Creating Futures” delivered by Lieutenant General Arun Ananthanarayan (Retd), a distinguished military leader turned educationalist, strategy coach and accomplished motivational speaker.
This course aims to empower and motivate students to become Exceptional Leaders, Collaborative Team Members, and Conscientious Global Citizens by applying principles of Leadership, Teamwork, Resilience, Critical Thinking, Creativity, Empathy, and Compassion, all refined over four decades of service both in the Armed Forces and beyond.
The lectures are crafted to inspire students with innovative ideas, prompt ethical and swift decision-making, and enhance effective communication skills. Course content will be tailored and adaptable to align with students’ interests, ensuring a joyful and meaningful learning experience. Here are a few topics covered in the course:

The course commenced on September 27, 2024, with classes scheduled for two hours each month.
