Harshit Pande is a Lecturer with the School of Law at Sai University. He holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Public Law and Legal Theory from NALSAR University of Law Hyderabad, where he was a double gold medallist, and a Master of Arts in Law, Politics, and Society from Ambedkar University Delhi. He completed his BA LLB (Hons) degree from National Law University Odisha.

Harshit began his career with the IDIA Charitable Trust, a nonprofit focused on increasing access to legal education for underprivileged students and students with disabilities. He has previously worked at Sai University as a Teaching Fellow and has contributed to research on the right to health and health equity during COVID-19 with the Centre for Health Equity, Law and Policy (C-HELP) at the Indian Law Society, Pune. His professional experience also includes research stints with Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy and NALSAR University of Law Hyderabad.

He has qualified the UGC-NET and brings over four years of experience in nonprofit and public policy roles. His academic interests lie at the intersection of constitutional law, legal philosophy, and human rights.
