LL.M. in Regulation and Governance
Sai University’s LL.M. aims to produce academic leaders for the 21st century – individuals with a firm footing in law and regulation, an interdisciplinary outlook in this vast area and cutting edge research skills. In addition, it offers the opportunity to further specialize in one of three clusters, ie. infrastructure and sustainability, corporate and financial regulations, or technology law and policy.
L.L.M. in Regulation and Governance (1 Year)
The One-year program centers around a concentrated module with research in Regulation and Governance at its nucleus. Lawyers are encouraged to push their boundaries in legal understanding, to critique existing policies and to formulate new theoretical frameworks that adapt to erratic legal landscapes.
*Students may choose courses from one of the above clusters.
