All the Words in the World – A Live Poetry Writing Workshop by SaiU’s Center for Creative Writing and Translation

Sai University’s Center for Creative Writing and Translation (CCWT) presents “All the Words in the World”, a Poetry Writing Workshop by the Irish poet Fióna Bolger.  The workshop will be held in hybrid mode with Fiona logging in from Dublin.  It will include readings and discussions as well as time to write short pieces. Participants across all levels of experience are welcome.

About the Workshop:

Designed to puncture the monolingual bubble as well as linguistic barriers, this workshop will encourage participants to dip into the deep reservoir of words they carry within and to move between and across languages. By the end of the workshop, participants will have brought almost forgotten words out to play, found connections and stories once lost between languages, and, perhaps, have learned some new words along the way. Word lovers are welcome! However, we request participants to log in/show up on time, not leave mid-way through the workshop, be supportive of each other and follow in-person as well as zoom etiquette.
