Dr. Manobala has 8 years of experience in the field of biotechnology and has worked across the domain including medical devices, peptide therapeutics and biofilms. Manobala has done post-doctoral research from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. She has received laurels as Indian Academy of Science (IAS) student fellow, CSIR-UGC fellow (JRF and lectureship), AWSAR-DST awardee, best outstanding student awardee and is also a university gold medalist. She has several publications in various international reputed journals. Notably, a patent has been filed for her de novo novel peptide sequence against pathogens.
She began her career with HCL Technologies, Chennai (Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD)) as lead engineer. Subsequently, she was associated with IIT, Delhi before joining Sai University. Manobala.T will be responsible for leading and instructing academic courses, conducting research and contributing to the scholarly community as a faculty member at Sai University.
