
Mridula C. Jobson
Associate Professor, School of Arts and Sciences
Dr. Mridula C. Jobson has 14 years of experience in teaching, clinical practice, and research, with expertise in Neuropsychology, Clinical Psychology, and Organizational Psychology. She specializes in Child and Adolescent Mental Health.
She holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from Mother Teresa Women’s University. Her contributions to education and research have earned her several awards, including the Best Teacher Award (received for two consecutive years) and the Young Social Research and Service Award.
She has authored numerous publications and is a member of prestigious organizations such as the International Neuropsychological Society, the American Psychological Association, and the Indian Academy of Neuroscience. She has held leadership roles within the organizations with which she has been affiliated. Furthermore, she has
contributed to multiple national and international projects and provided her expertise through consultancy roles in various sectors. She is the founder of the Child and Adolescent Foundation India (CAAF INDIA), an independent non-governmental research organization dedicated to conducting research and interventions focused on children and adolescents.
She has also worked on government and private projects. In addition, she leads CAAF e-University, a leading global online training platform dedicated to educating and empowering children, adolescents, and stakeholders worldwide. Her passion is working with neurodivergent populations and supporting initiatives that promote inclusion, mental health, and holistic development.
