Subhashree has 30 years of experience  – of which, 25 years in academia and 5 years in Industry – and has worked across the domain including  Marketing  & Analytics, Advertising and Edutech industries – promoting and researching for renowned brands like Ponds, Sodexho, Tata Indicom, HCL bean, Aptech, ICNET. Dr. Subhashree holds a doctorate in Business Administration – Strategic Marketing and is certified in Analytics and computing by IBM (AS/400), Edupristine (Data Analytics), Everonn (SPSS), IIM Bangalore, UCLA and ESSEC. She has recently received Government of Welsh Funding, UK and was awarded ‘Excellence in People Leadership’ by Salcomp Inc in 2022. She has published over 30 research articles, a few book chapters and opinionnaires in news dailies, patent in collaboration with industry, 3 government grants-in-aid for research and training, 5 MDPs and Consulting funds.

She began her career with Sasi Advertising P Ltd in 1995 as a Management Trainee. Subsequently, she worked for some of the well recognised organisations and Universities that VIT, SRM and RV university as Professor and Dean of School of Business before joining Sai University. In her role as an academician and administrator, has led teams and taken responsibilities to shape the vision and direction of Business Schools for international accreditation, financial sustainability, building robust systems, and enhancing University reputation.
