Dr. Vivek Shivhare has around 18 years of extensive experience in the higher education industry with expertise in university establishment, strategy planning and management, student recruitment, outreach, marketing, client relationship management, operations, training and development. He has done his Ph.D. in Management on “Consumer Based Brand Equity of Private University in India” in 2019 from MATS University, Raipur. Also, he has done an Executive Certificate Program in Digital Marketing & Social Media Strategy from IIM – Indian Institute of Management, Raipur in 2020.

He begun his career with ICFAI University as a Branch Executive in 2008 in Mumbai. Later he joined IMS Learning Resources as an Assistant Manager-Marketing followed by Amity Education Group, Delhi as Director Marketing & Admissions where he had established Amity University Chhattisgarh and Amity International School as the youngest Founding Director of Admissions & Outreach. Before joining Sai University he was associated with SRM Education Group, Chennai as Assistant Director, Admissions & Outreach looking after all the five SRMIST Campuses across Tamil Nadu and Delhi where he has achieved remarkable growth all through his tenure. In 2021 Vs 2020 application growth was around 30% and admission growth was 50%, whereas in 2022 Vs 2021 it was around 21% and admission growth 27%. The paid application growth in 2023 Vs 2022 was 51% for Chennai main campus, and 45% in all the SRMIST campuses.

Dr. Shivhare has received laurels as Star Performance of the year in ICFAI University in 2008. In Amity he received an Appreciation Letter from the Founder of Amity in 2013 and was awarded as a Best Performer in India for achieving his targets in 2014. His performance from 2015 to 2020 has been outstanding and was appreciated by the Founder of Amity for his key role in establishment of Amity University Chhattisgarh, Raipur.
